One person is dead, another is hospitalized following a two vehicle accident yesterday in Washita county. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on State Highway 55, 2 miles east of Sentinel. Troopers say 57 year old John King of Sentinel died at the scene. 59 Year old Russell Ridling, also of Sentinel, was admitted in stable condition to O.U. Medical Center. O.H.P. says Ridling was driving an agricultural sprayer and failed to yield from a stop sign and drove into the path of the International unit driven by King. The collision remains under investigation. The roadway was closed for about three and a half hours yesterday while troopers conducted an investigation.
