Federal Grand Jury Charges Carnegie Man

A federal grand jury has charged a carnegie man with premeditated murder and assault with intent to commit murder. 34 year old Isaiah Whitefox Redbird allegedly deliberately killed a person by striking him in the head with a blunt force instrument in September 2018, in Indian Country. He is charged with a seperate count of assaulting a person identified as K.R. on the same day with the intent to commit murder. Carnegie Police say they discovered the body of K.R.'s boyfriend, Byron Tongeamah Jr., in the carport of an abandoned residence in which they had been sleeping. K.R. was found by police walking on a carnegie street with severe head injuries.
